The polls are now open to cast your vote for the most beloved toys made from the 1940s through 1990s. It’s LEGO vs. Erector Sets, Etch A Sketch vs. Play-Doh, and G.I. Joe vs. He-Man. While the Monroe County Local History Room & Museum’s previously planned “1960s Christmas” exhibit is postponed for a year due to COVID-19, ANOTHER fun and exciting exhibit is set to open November 19, 2020, called, “Monroe County Chooses…The Toys We Love.” This colorful and playful exhibit will feature the most beloved toys as determined by the public through an online poll. To participate, simply click on the link below. Once there, select your favorite three toys from each category. The toys with the most votes will be featured in the exhibit. The poll should only take 5-10 minutes to complete. Please only vote one time per person. The poll will be open through Sunday, September 20.
